Cardinals encourage fans to come early for Cardinals-Packers game on Thursday

Please note the following stadium reminders for the Cardinals-Packers game on “Thursday Night Football” at State Farm Stadium at 5:20 pm.

ARRIVE EARLY: Since the kick-off against the Packers is at 5:20 p.m. on a weekday, fans are reminded to anticipate increased traffic and are strongly encouraged arrive early.

OPEN ROOF: The Cardinals plan to open the roof of State Farm Stadium for the game.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS CONCERNING DIGITAL TICKETING AND PARKING

Fans are reminded that all tickets and parking are digital. It is strongly encouraged that fans have their digital parking passes and tickets open and ready to be scanned prior to entry.

CARDINAUX MOBILE APPLICATION: To download the free app or update to the latest version, please visit www.azcardinals.com/app. Fans who currently have the Cardinals mobile app are strongly encouraged to update to the latest version and enable notifications in their settings to make full use of the updated ticketing enhancements as well as exclusive options in the stadium. Cardinals game day information including Kickoff Magazine, the digital game day schedule, can be found by tapping the game day button in the navigation menu.

DIGITAL TICKETING ASSISTANCE: A digital ticketing support team will be present near each State Farm Stadium entry point to assist fans who may need it. Anyone with questions should look for one of these white tents marked with a green “Digital Ticket Assistance” sign. Fans accessing their digital tickets through Cardinals Mobile are strongly encouraged to access their tickets before reaching security checkpoints. CAR PARK: Sportsman’s Park and other match day parking lots will open Thursday at 1:15 p.m. Traffic updates are available at www.az511.gov or by calling 511. Designated entry routes are specific to each parking lot and can be found at the following link with additional information regarding parking guidelines: www.azcardinals.com/stadium/parking-map-and-directions .

SAFETY PROTOCOLS: It is the CDC’s recommendation that all individuals, regardless of their immunization status, wear masks indoors. All safety protocols, guidelines and policies posted at State Farm Stadium are subject to change based on CDC, state / local authorities and NFL guidelines and / or requirements. LARGE LAWN: The large lawn, which covers more than eight acres and was designed for use by fans when tailgating, will open Thursday at 1:15 p.m. Groups perform before every home game of the regular season starting three hours before. Kicking off on the Great Lawn Stage presented by Hyundai.

HERITAGE AT THE SPORTS PARK: Heritage at Sportsman’s Park is located at the southern end of the Great Lawn. This new venue features an outdoor cafe on the patio with a specially designed menu and viewing of early NFL games. Heritage at Sportsman’s Park opens to all fans at 1:15 p.m. Thursday.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS ABOUT TALGAGE AT STATE FARM STADIUM

Fans remember the tailgating policies on match day:

• Tailgating at Sportsman’s Park, the Great Lawn and other parking areas is restricted to match day ticket holders only. All guests in the vehicle parking lot on site must have a ticket to the game.

• Tailgating activities are permitted from the opening of all Cardinals parking lots (4 hours before game time) until kick-off only. As always, fans are encouraged to allow themselves ample time to enter the stadium. Entry times increase as the kick-off approaches.

• Tailgating after the start of the match or after the match is not allowed, and all parking areas controlled by the teams close one hour after the end of the match.

• Paid parking on the day of the event will be by debit and credit card only. No cash is accepted in the parking lots.

ENTRY TO THE STADIUM: The main entrance gates to State Farm Stadium open to 3:45 p.m. Thursday. The doors of the club will open at 2:00 p.m.

GAME PARTNER: Thursday’s game is presented by State farm.

NATIONAL ANTHEM: Marc Martel will sing the national anthem before the kick-off of Thursday’s match.

PART TIME: Marc Martel will also perform “Bohemian Rhapsody” at halftime of Thursday’s game.

PRESENTATION OF COLORS: Colors will be presented by the United States Marine Corps.

50/50 DRAW: The beneficiary of the 50/50 raffle on Thursday is Arizona Humanitarian Society.

PRE-GAME ACTIVITIES: The Cardinals are once again bringing pre-game entertainment to fans, and all of the options below open at 2:00 p.m. Thursday:

“Arizona Cardinals Flight Deck” opens Thursday at 2:00 p.m. It’s anchored by lounges surrounding the stadium plaza, each featuring shade structures, seating, and an oversized LED video wall for watching early NFL games. Food and beverage options are available for purchase at mobile food concessions.

Preflight part presented by Desert Financial Credit Union“opens Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. and is located on the South Lawn. Fans can take advantage of a large shade structure, seating, and an oversized LED video wall to watch the first NFL games. Food Trucks, Cheerleader autographs, Big Red photo opportunities, games, a kids’ combine, and interactive exhibits are also on offer.

In addition to the stadium activities available to fans before all games, Halloween-themed photo locations will be available during the Preflight Party. No trick-or-treat events will be held at the stadium on Thursday.

“Big Red Brew Haus presented by Four Peaks Brewing Company” features a variety of beer selections, a traditional Brew Haus menu, pool tables and TVs for fans to enjoy NFL action in a comfortable indoor environment. It opens Thursday at 2:00 p.m. and is located on the stadium service level. Fans can access the Brew Haus by entering through gate 2 and going down the escalators.

PAYABLE ON-SITE PARKING: The Cardinals have two paid parking lots adjacent to the stadium for the convenience of fans. Debit and credit cards will be accepted exclusively to promote a contactless experience. Coming from the south, fans can enter the Black Lot from Camelback and 95th Avenue; Coming from the north, fans can enter the Yellow Lot from 91st Avenue, just south of Maryland Avenue. Parking cards for these two sites can be purchased in advance at: www.azcardinals.com/purchaseparking.

CARRIAGE ZONE: The carpool area is located on the south side of State Farm Stadium in the Black Lot (93rd Avenue and Cardinals Way). When exiting the game, fans are encouraged to exit Gate 1 or Gate 3 and walk south along the Black Lot Trail to meet their driver at the designated pickup area. CARDINALS TEAM SHOP: The Cardinals Team Shop is located near Gate 2 and opens to guests with tickets on Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. The Cardinals Team Shop offers fans the largest selection of Cardinals products in one place. All sales in the Team Shop will be cashless.

SAFETY PROCEDURES: In accordance with NFL best practices for stadium security, all fans will undergo a security check before entering State Farm Stadium, as well as inspection of all bags and items to take away. The stadium uses passing magnetometers to complete the screening process. Fans will be asked to ONLY remove cell phones, cameras and other large metal objects from their pockets. Other items like keys, wallets, coins and belts do not need to be removed. To speed up entry into the stadium, the Cardinals are also offering a “No bag line” option for guests entering without any baggage to check in. Fans are reminded that security checkpoints are the busiest during the 30 minutes before kick-off and are encouraged to enter early.

NFL POLICY ON ACCEPTABLE BAGS: In accordance with NFL public safety policy, fans may bring one of the following approved bags inside State Farm Stadium: a 12 “x 6” x 12 “clear plastic bag or; a 1 gallon plastic freezer, or; a small pouch, including wallets, no larger than 4.5 “x 6.5”. Unapproved bags will be refused entry into the stadium and fans will be asked to return the bag to their vehicle or dispose of it There are no lockers outside the stadium to store items and no items may be held by staff.

Halloween treat bags / baskets and masks will not be permitted in the stadium.

PROHIBITED OBJECTS: All fans should be aware of unauthorized items inside State Farm Stadium. A full list of prohibited items can be found at www.azcardinals.com/bagpolicy.
