BINGO: Pelham Community Center, 161 Community Center Drive, Pelham, NC, will hold bingo from 6-9 p.m., doors open at 5:30 p.m. Game cars are 25 cents each, sold in packs of $5 and 10 $ and individually. Cards for special games are $1 each. Special games include a 50/50 game and several special prizes. Do not bring food; there will be hot dogs, drinks, popcorn and candy for sale to benefit the center.

NO KIDDING SOLUTIONS – YOUTH VIOLENCE: The carnival-style event will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Main Street in the River neighborhood of Danville and will feature free school supplies. It is organized by a number of like-minded community groups with the aim of sparking meaningful conversations that inspire those gathered to seek actionable and impactful solutions to many of the issues plaguing our inner city youth.
